The drive from Tampa to Clearwater Beach has the most gorgeous views and you’re often surrounded by the waters of Tampa Bay and go over some long bridges. If you’re coming from Orlando, it’s about an hour and a half drive. It can be a little difficult to find a parking spot right at the beach. This Clearwater Beach access point shares parking with Frenchy’s and other restaurants, so it was full and we weren’t able to park there. However, there is a parking ramp just a couple of blocks away in the downtown area and it’s fairly inexpensive to park there.
